The first all-coriander restaurant has opened in Tokyo.
Lucky coriander lovers now have a restaurant that caters for their love of the pungent herb. Coriander, also known as cilantro or "Phakchi" in Japan, is becoming ever more popular.
A Japanese restaurant owner started a community for coriander lovers on the internet and now has over 560 members. He has recently opened the Paxi House restaurant in Toyko which caters for the growing number of phakchi lovers in Japan.
