On July 27th 2007, Christopher Walken decided to roast a chicken. This doesn't seem particularly noteworthy, but to many, it was. Not only did he cook it himself, but he videotaped and uploaded it, royalty free, to imcooked.com. Why is this outrageous and/or interesting? Because eight months later, it's still the "top rated" video on imcooked.com. Also because we've convinced ourselves that celebrities do not do normal things. Every week US weekly and other celebrity gossip mags feature celebrities doing things "just like us." There's often a photo of someone like Jessica Simpson with subtitles that read: "she talks on the telephone too!" Thank goodness they clear these things up for us.
